Back in March, to celebrate International Day of Happiness, we asked you to tell us the name of someone at work who makes you happy and why, for the chance to win a lunch together. Thanks so much to everyone who nominated! We had 88 nominations in total and our winners were selected based on the multiple nominations they all received.

“Cecilia was assigned as my buddy when I first joined P&O Cruises five years ago, and she immediately created a safe space to ask questions, get honest feedback, and most importantly be myself. I’d moved to CUK from an organisation where I was the only person in my team, had gotten used to sitting in a silent office and having lunch alone most days. Having Cecilia support in me my new role made joining the team the best experience. She’s still someone I can vent to about challenges on a bad day and I don’t have to ruminate on whether I’ve been a little too myself at work around her! It’s not often that you find both a friend and mentor in a colleague, and I’m so grateful that it was Cecilia who welcomed me to Carnival UK!”
