Tuesday 10 October is World Mental Health day. Though it’s important to remember that we should be looking out for each other all year round, this day is a chance to raise awareness, Speak Up, share our own experiences and drive positive change for everyone’s mental health.
Get involved – Tuesday 10 October
- Meet our MHFAs: Connect with our Mental Health First Aiders and members of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team, 10:00 at Tranquil Tides on floor 2 to learn more about the support available.
- Free massages: On World Mental Health day (and also on the 18 October) The Little Calm Company will once again be visiting Carnival House to provide colleagues with free 15-minute massages in Amsterdam room. Only a few remaining! Update 6 October: Due to high demand, appointments are now fully booked – sorry if you missed out this time!
- Reflexology: Don’t forget, Gail is providing reflexology sessions in Carnival House this month – 15 mins for £10 and 30 mins for £15. Book yourself in and make time to de-stress. Read more and book your treatment with Gail, here.
- Keep learning: Look out for wellbeing books and other useful mental health resources in the Atrium.
