On Thursday 29 June, at The Beaumont Hotel in London Richard Huntingford, Chair of The Prince’s Trust Carol Concert and Cristina Muñoz, Cunard Senior Brand Partnerships Manager launched The Prince’s Trust Carol Concert in partnership with Cunard.
The concert which will be held for its first time ever at the magnificent St Paul’s Cathedral on 12 December promises to be a magical evening of festivities with sing-along carols with the St Paul’s Cathedral Choir, special readings from some of the UK’s best loved actors and celebrities, world-class musical performances and a VIP gala dinner in the largest crypt in Europe.
So far Dame Joanna Lumley and Richard E Grant have both confirmed their attendance as well as a performance from the London Youth Choir!

About our partnership with The Prince’s Trust
Cunard has been a partner of The Prince’s Trust since 2007, when its ship Queen Victoria was named by the Queen Consort in the presence of His Majesty, since then Cunard has been working closely with The Trust not just in the UK but also in North America and Australia. This is a really exciting chapter in our partnership as The Prince’s Trust grows internationally. To date, thanks to the continuing generosity of guests, crew, colleagues and friends we have raised nearly £3 million to help The Trust continue delivering the crucial support that young people need so much today.
As well as fundraising, we work with The Trust’s local teams to deliver employability workshops both on board our ships and in Carnival House with the aim to help equip young people with the skills and confidence needed to get into employment whilst learning about the cruise and travel industry in general.
To commemorate 15 years in partnership, Cunard is hosting a special voyage around the British Isles on Queen Victoria departing Southampton on 20 August with performances and insightful talks from a range of special guests including some of the incredible young people that have been supported by The Trust.
