This month’s Good Day at CUK wellbeing focus, is all about being kind to your mind. There are lots of things we can all do to manage our own wellbeing – whether that’s getting outdoors for a walk, eating well, or just talking to someone about how you’ve been feeling. Poor mental health is more common than you think, and nothing to be ashamed of.

What do you do to improve your wellbeing? To enter the raffle, we’d like you to send us your wellbeing top-tips to: ohs@carnivalukgroup.com. You can send them in any format. A picture, video, poem, written word. We’ll add them to the Good Day at CUK page once the raffle has closed.

- Don’t forget to email: ohs@carnivalukgroup.com with your wellbeing top tip, or your entry won’t count!
You’ve got until midday on Friday 4 November to enter, when a winner will be selected at random. To be in with a chance of winning, you need to have purchased at least one entry and, submitted your top tip to the mailbox.
Please note: When an entry is submitted, a pop up will appear before the payment screen asking for an additional voluntary donation. This is an optional, additional donation and will not impact your raffle entry in anyway if you choose not to donate.
Monty’s Community Hub helps families and people in need – providing a food bank, bike hub and other services to improve their lifestyle and living conditions for people in the area. For those people, Monty’s work has a real impact on their wellbeing providing them with happiness, confidence, and improving their physical and mental health.

Competition is open to all Carnival UK employees. The closing date for receipt of entries is 12:00 on Friday 4 November 2022. Winners will be selected at random and notified w/c 7 November 2022. Experience prizes are valid for a limited time period and are subject to availability. All prizes must be accepted as offered, all prizes are non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives.
