Our Learning & Development team have developed a series of webinars and briefing events which will be delivered over the coming weeks.

From highly practical sessions covering topics such as financial wellbeing and planning, to resilience and mental health, these webinars and online resources are designed to provide you with support when dealing with emotional and personal responses to change. These will hopefully help you to maintain your personal health and wellbeing, and be able to recognise where others may also need help.

Join in our Webinars & discussions

Webinar sessions are open to everyone on Zoom, there’s no need to book, simply click on one of the links below – just make sure you add a reminder in your diary to attend. There’s a maximum number of 15 attendees per session, so it’s first come, first served.

We like to encourage discussion, or you can just sit and listen if you prefer. The topics are…

  • Change and Wellbeing – a 45 minute session open for everyone, where we discuss building resilience and looking after your wellbeing and mental health in times of change.
  • Understanding and Preparing for Change – a 60 minute session open for everyone. Build your self-awareness, tips and techniques on how you can stay focussed and in control through uncertain times.
  • Change Management, Leading in a Different World – a 60 minute session open for Managers & Employee Reps, exploring the impact of change on people, with coaching techniques to provide support to your teams and colleagues
