Today’s the day! Our myHR Portal has evolved with a new look and feel to help make it quicker and easier to use.
So, what’s different?
- A new and improved search function
- Consistent design and quick action buttons will make navigation easier
- An updated directory including printable org charts
- Notifications preview tiles make it easier to see actions or updates
On 2 December we’ll also launch the new Recruitment & Onboarding functionality. This will replace Jobtrain for shoreside roles and will mean that you’ll be able to see all vacancies across the brands who have adopted the system. We’ll be sharing more on this nearer the time.

myHR portal will continue to be improved. The next planned update will be early next year.
To help you get used to the changes our Change Champions will be delivering training in their own departments from 21 October. You can find out who your Change Champion is by going to Ask HR > Shore HR > myHR portal > Change Champions. Look out for more information in your own area.
Our Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) will also be updated and available on the Bridge through Ask HR.
