We recently visited our hotel partner Radisson RED, at London Heathrow, where we met with their team and discussed how to make our crew’s experience even better.

We care about our seafarers’ health and wellbeing from the moment they join us. That’s why we provide them with a comfortable and safe hotel stay in the UK before they board one of our ships in Southampton. We value our hotel partners as an extension of our brand, and we work closely with them to ensure they meet the diverse needs of our crew population. We regularly review and improve the quality of the services they offer, such as the airport transfers, the check-in process, general facilities, and the food options.

As part of our crew feeling welcome and supported in their journey to the ship we believe that a good hotel stay is a great way to start. As part of this we conduct quarterly supplier visits to the Radisson RED Hotel reviewing current crew feedback, operational concerns and to discuss further enhancements to support our crew journey. As part of this we also ‘mystery shop’ them to conduct service standard checks on the hotel to make sure what they’re offering our crew meets our expectations.
