Cunard was thrilled to be part of Good Housekeeping Live 2023, at the prestigious Institute of Directors venue, 116 Pall Mall, in central London on 10 and 11 November.

Good Housekeeping Live brought together a curated line-up of celebrity speakers, inspiring workshops, food tasting experiences, wellness practices and literary discussions.

Cunard was a sponsor of the event, taking over the Cunard Gin Lounge on the second floor of the building. In the Cunard Gin Lounge, bell hops welcomed guests, celebrity bartender Merlin Griffiths was on hand to make a cocktail or two, and the brand-new Queen Anne Edition gin was available to try for the first time. The four Perfect Serve cocktails were available to purchase.

Michel Roux was also at the event on behalf of Cunard. The chef, TV star and author gave an insight into spending time with his family in the kitchen. “It’s so important to share food with family — it’s a moment of love,” he told the audience. He stressed that meals don’t have to be “elaborate” — but rather an opportunity to enjoy time spent cooking and dining together.

And our very own Izzie Stacey, Talent Acquisition & Resourcing, was lucky enough to attend, having this to say: “Thanks to CUK, my sister and I had a fabulous time at Good Housekeeping Live. We really enjoyed the talk with Michel Roux, had our hair styled at the Dyson bar, a very tasty few G&T’s in the Cunard lounge – and were very excited to have met Merlin!”
