The Pulse Survey is open to all shoreside Carnival UK colleagues. If you work for Corporate Shipbuilding, Carnival Corporation, or for one of our sister brands, then you’ll complete a different survey at a different time.
If you work onboard for P&O Cruises or Cunard you should take part in the Life Onboard survey, you can do this by checking your email for a link, visiting complimentary browsing or scanning the QR code on Life Onboard promotional materials onboard.
What you’ll be asked and why
The survey is completely confidential, so please be open and honest. Along with questions about your experience of working here, you’ll also be asked about your ethnicity, sexuality, gender and age. These questions are so we can make sure we’re offering an equally good experience to all groups of people. The information you share will never be used to identify you.
We run this survey regularly so we can understand where we’ve made progress as well as identify areas that may need further focus. From previous surveys we’ve built local action plans for our Employee Experience Groups (EEGs) and leaders to work from and we’ve also been working on a central action plan coordinated by our People team.

All I can say is life is good on board and Cunard looks after our well being all the time,Another contract to finish soon for me and it’s been amazing with guest experience.looking forward to another wonderful contract,should have been my 30th but my QE2 service was not counted coz I was off the ship for 2 years
