Over the past few months, our Training Leads from across CUK in the Training Governance, Maritime Training, Onboard Training & Fleet People Operations Teams have been working together to document and agree new ways of working.
Training is spread across various teams which has meant it’s been unclear who ship’s company need to contact about their various training requirements.
Our new Training RACI Organisation Chart and Ship & Shore Training Task overview will help ship’s company understand who to contact for queries or support.
