Our ambition is to be Travel’s Employer of Choice and we’re focused on achieving this by building a culture we can all be proud of, offering brilliant benefits and career opportunities, and making sure our colleagues are empowered to prioritise their wellbeing.

To measure and track our progress, Carnival UK is taking part in the Best Workplaces in Travel survey – a fantastic opportunity to find out how we compare to other employers from the travel industry.

The Best Workplaces in Travel survey is a confidential and independent survey, with over 70 travel companies taking part in 2022.

Best Workplaces in Travel is different to our Pulse survey. Many companies take part to gain employee experience insight, but as we use our Pulse survey to listen to and act on colleague feedback, we’re taking part to benchmark ourselves against other companies in the travel industry. Of course, anything interesting from the survey that we haven’t learned through our Pulse feedback will be factored into our action plans.

It takes less than five minutes to complete the survey so please take part and help us understand more about our progress to become Travel’s Employer of Choice. The survey asks participants to rate their employer on a variety of workplace features and benefits – it’s completely confidential, so please be open and honest.

We’re taking part in the Best Workplaces in Travel survey so that we can benchmark ourselves against other travel and leisure employers and track our progress in achieving our ambition to be Travel’s Employer of Choice. We’ll continue to use our Pulse survey to learn more about your experiences of working at Carnival UK; using the Pulse results to directly influence decisions on how we do things and feed into actions already underway from previous surveys.
