P&O Cruises partnership with Aardman, creators of Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, now extends across Arvia, Azura, Britannia, Iona and Ventura, adding an extra element of fun and inventiveness to family holidays on board.
The ever-inventive Wallace, his faithful companion Gromit, and the lovable Shaun the Sheep have been chosen for their multi-generational appeal. Providing moments of nostalgia and charm as well as plenty of opportunities for fun, play and discovery for our youngest guests, they’re on board now, with activities in full swing.
Events and activities take place in the children’s clubs and around the whole ship. The antics and good ol’ British eccentricity of these charming Aardman characters are brought to guests through a range of experiences on board, including special guest appearances, Aardman film premieres, creative activities and more.
Families can ‘Shake it with Shaun’ at a dance workshop, try their hand at creating their very own Shaun the Sheep or Gromit at a clay station workshop and relax at a themed story time. Our Reef rangers will also encourage children to bring the characters to life through a range of arts and craft activities, which include making Gromit ears, character masks and their own rocket inspired by the Aardman film ‘A Grand Day Out’.
