Marco Pierre White demonstrates how to present your smoked salmon; José Pizarro the godfather of Spanish cooking brings ham and turkey together in delicious croquetas and master patissier Eric Lanlard takes the traditional Christmas drink Eggnog and creates the perfect trifle to finish off any Christmas dinner.
