Congratulating our colleagues on their Management Apprenticeship course

Congratulations to Alex Wibberley, Samantha Gibb, Katherine Hayward, Nicole Watkins and Charlotte Rooney who recently completed their CMI Level 3 Management Apprenticeship at South Downs college!

Throughout the course they had to do a two year portfolio, deliver a project and have an interview with chartered management examiners. All of them managed to pass with flying colours despite having to finish in a remote setting.

Alex Wibberley
This course has given me real skills that are applicable to my role and has helped me plan how I want to progress professionally, giving me a recognised qualification as a platform.

 

Katherine Hayward
The course has improved my self-confidence professionally and personally and has often pushed me outside of my comfort zone. Being able to learn the theory and then put this in to practice has helped me develop a greater understanding of management and leadership of a team. It has certainly helped me focus on my self development and rediscover my love for learning.
