Leadership and Management Essentials is a practical and thought-provoking programme that will help you become the best leader you can be. The programme will take you on a journey of self-discovery, through a mix of interactive workshops, supported by elearning.
You’ll not only learn about leadership, your leadership style and how to adapt this but you’ll also build a supportive network with your colleagues and have the chance to share your experience while learning from others.
If you are a CUK 7-10 Line Manager, or a CUK 7-8 (with no direct reports), you’ll need to attend the programme by December 2024.* If you’re a new starter, you’ll need to attend within your first six months of joining Carnival UK.
*If you haven’t received an invitation to start the programme yet, then this is because your business area is phasing attendance. You’ll be notified locally when it is time to sign up.
The world around us is constantly changing and so it is important that we continuously develop as leaders. This is a fantastic, thought-provoking programme that will help you build networks and new skills you will benefit from in years to come.
