We encourage you to role model and play an active part in developing your team throughout the programme and beyond. You can do this by:
- Discuss the programme with them using the downloadable talking points sheet
- Encourage them to sign up and give them the time to complete the learning required
- Regularly discuss the programme during your 121s
- Spot opportunities for them to continue to build their skills
