On Saturday 10 December, Cunard will be celebrating Queen Victoria’s 15th Birthday alongside their special partnership with The Prince’s Trust, that started on the same day.

In the presence of His Majesty King Charles III, the Queen Consort named Cunard’s ship, Queen Victoria in December 2007 and this marked the beginning of their journey with The Prince’s Trust – to help as many young people as possible realise their potential.

To celebrate this special milestone, Cunard is delighted to announce Queen Victoria’s 15th Anniversary voyage in support with The Prince’s Trust, departing Southampton on 20 August 2023 and sailing around the British Isles. On this special voyage, guests will be treated to performances and insightful talks from a range of special guests and joined on board by some of the incredible young people The Trust have supported over the years.

Thank you for your support!

Over the last 15 years, thanks to the continuous generosity of guests, crew, shoreside employees and friends, Cunard has raised over £2.7 million to enable The Trust to deliver much-needed programmes and support tools to inspire over 1 million young people to build their confidence and start a career.

Colleagues on both land and at sea have taken part in many fundraising challenges, including cycling 8,000 miles as part of the annual Palace to Palace challenge, hosting Brilliant Breakfast events at Carnival House to support disadvantaged young women, and getting involved in The Prince’s Trust Million Makers with Team Cunard, raising over £130,000. Cunard has also hosted World of Work Tours on board , and held employability workshops here in Carnival House alongside many other activities with so many of you involved.

On Thursday 8 December, the much-loved Prince’s Trust Christmas Concert in partnership with Cunard returns after a two-year absence, to St Marylebone Parish Church, featuring an appearance from Brit Award winning Tom Walker and The Prince’s Trust Community choir plus readings from Felicity Kendell, Emilia Fox and Cunard’s very own Captain Andrew Hall.
