We’re delighted that Carnival UK has been recognised as highly commended at the Employee Engagement Awards in the coveted Employee Engagement Company of the Year category.

The Employee Engagement Awards honour organisations which place people engagement at the heart of their business strategy.

At Carnival UK, we’re immensely proud of our extraordinary people and the role they play in making our business successful. That’s why we’ve worked hard to enhance and improve our overall employee experience for our people through our events programme, employee communications and wellbeing activity.

Employee Engagement Awards Founder and CEO Matt Manners, said:  “Congratulations to all our winners. Once again, this year the entries really have proven the transformational value that focusing on the employee experience can deliver. Truly inspiring.

“One of our main themes of the evening was the importance of empowering people to perform by giving them that sense of purpose and inspiration to deliver for their customers and colleagues alike.”

Hannah Leach, Vice President, Employee Experience and Culture commented:

I’m absolutely thrilled that we’ve be awarded highly commended in the Employee Engagement Company of the year category. We work in a challenging environment and so it’s really important that our people feel connected to and motivated by our purpose, and that they have opportunities to have fun and be the best version of themselves at work. We want to nurture a culture where colleagues feel valued, included and cared about – we know people will want to join and stay at Carnival UK for these reasons”
