As it was National Customer Service week last week it seemed the perfect time to celebrate all the wonderful customer service our Contact Centre people provide to our Guests on a daily basis. To do this they were recently asked to submit and vote for the best customer service they’ve given while working here.

Toni Luker!
Toni works across the P&O Cruises and Cunard Social Media pages and received a request from a family to visit Oriana prior to her leaving the fleet. The mother and father travelled on Oriana in 1995 where the father was taken unwell and sadly passed away.
They therefore wanted to visit Oriana one last time, saying farewell to the ship and remembering their father. Toni arranged and escorted a ship visit as a surprise for the mother. The mother was overwhelmed by the gesture and the family left a thankful message on the P&O Cruises Facebook page!

Jessica Wiseman
A mother whose sons have Autism was concerned about how they would find their first experience on board a cruise ship. Jess provided a ship visit for the family to answer queries. Jess has also been working hard on collating information and processes regarding Autism as a project on Disability. Here’s what the family had to say: “Hi just want to say thank you to you and Laura for all your help, our visit on Saturday was really beneficial to us and the boys are feeling much more relaxed about being on board and we are looking forward to our holiday even more than before if that’s possible!”
Sara Grace
Sara helped locate a lost toy Bunny whose owner, an 18 month old child, was pretty distraught. Not only did she do this but she also arranged for pictures to be sent to the child of the adventures Bunny had on board with out him. Our Guest then shared their appreciation and the pictures on social media.
