Azura – Charlotte Davis, Youth Team

Charlotte made all the Christmas decorations for the main dining room ship’s company Christmas lunch. After a conversation with an elderly Guest over how much she missed her mini Christmas tree that she’d forgotten to bring, Charlotte made her a tree like decoration too!

Britannia – Melroy D Silva, Security

A Guest over-revved his motorised scooter on the gangway and started to fall backwards. Melroy, who was on the opposite podium, reacted quickly, grabbing hold of the handlebars to keep the Guest and scooter steady until further assistance arrived. Melroy prevented a serious Guest accident.

Oceana – Melissa Mansfield, Photographer

As Melissa finished work, she noticed an inebriated Guest trying to remove an art piece worth £1,300 from the wall.
