What do we deliver?

Scalable, long-term, cost-effective solutions in India for all crew life cycle processes across all of Carnival Corporation.

Fun Facts:

• We manage over 22000 skilled Indian crew on board more than 100 ships.
• We deliver services across 8 Carnival brands, all except for AIDA.
• CSSI is a 100% subsidiary of Carnival Plc.
• By the end of this year, three recruiters would have collectively travelled c.35,000 miles across India conducting job fairs to select the best talent – that’s over 30,300 nautical miles – more than the number of nautical miles it would have taken for them to circumnavigate the globe.
• CSSI received c. 9,500 calls from 87 countries, on our three toll-free crew support lines in the past 12 months.
• Since May 2018, CSSI’s Crew Air Travel Team has booked 15,484 flight tickets for crew – that’s enough number of people to fill 18 Airbus A380-800s.
• CSSI’s Crew Payroll team generates 12,000 crew payslips per month with approx. gross value of GBP 16 million.
