Queen Anne Tours – Shoreside FAQs

How many places are available?
There will be up to 300 places available for each visit, so we’re hoping that all who wish to see Queen Anne will be able to.
When will I find out whether I have been offered a space on the ship visit?
An email confirmation will be sent employees that have been offered a place on the ship visit.
Can I bring a guest?
No, unfortunately due to availability, we can only offer the ship visit to colleagues.
Getting to Queen Anne
Will I have to make my own way to the ship?
Yes and, if driving, we encourage you to car share where possible.
Which terminal will we need to embark from?
We will confirm which Southampton cruise terminal Queen Anne will be berthed at for each visit.
Is there parking at the terminal?
There will be limited parking spaces at the short stay car parks but you will need to register your car registration on arrival. As advised above, we encourage you to car share.
Where do I go on arrival to the terminal?
We will confirm boarding ahead of each visit via email.

What ID do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring photo ID with you that you provided for your registration i.e. passport or drivers license. You will not be able to board the ship without this.
What’s the earliest/latest I can embark?
To make the most of your visit we recommend you arrive for 10am.
What facilities will be open?
Unfortunately there will not be catering provided.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual and with comfortable shoes.
Will I be able to explore crew areas of the ship?
No, access to Queen Anne will just be open to the guest areas.
What time do I need to disembark?
You need to disembark at 12:00 midday.
Will I get TOIL if the ship visit falls on a non-working day?
Unfortunately TOIL will not been given for the ship visits.
