Now live across the P&O Cruises fleet* … exciting things are happening in the The Glass House. Guests can now look forward to Local Food Hero José Pizarro’s new tapas menu, paired with irrepressible, award-winning wine expert and Food Hero Olly Smith’s vibrant and vivacious new wine menu.

Guests will be able to discover a variety of flavours with wines sourced from around the globe which Olly has expertly paired to enhance the taste of each tapas dish. From the award-winning Sussex fizz Breaky Bottom to modern gems such as the fruity A. Muse Rosé from Greece or Maturana’s scented orange wine from Chile, there’s a wine to suit every palate and dish. Alongside icons such as Klein Constantia’s sweet Vin de Constance from South Africa and classics such as Vega Sicilia’s deep red Pintia from Spain, a brand-new range of inventive low and no alcohol options will also feature on The Glasshouse’s new wine list. These include Jukes 6 The Sparkling Red, Everleaf Marine, Mother Root Ginger Switchel and the peachy fizz of Cipriani Virgin Bellini.

By pairing José Pizarro’s new tapas menu with a thoughtfully selected wine pairing from Olly Smith, P&O Cruises hope to provide more choice for guests, especially our core target, discoverers, who are looking for sophistication on their holidays. These changes also bring an update to The Glass House’s wine list, the first since 2015 and an opportunity to revise the offering and make updates based on trends and offering.

*excluding Arcadia which doesn’t feature The Glass House.
