Workshops and feedback
We each hosted workshops for our teams very soon after the survey to gather your feedback and discuss the ‘future ways of working’ framework, We continue to gather feedback through surveys, conversations, email, informal chats, etc. As a result of this, we are now part of the ‘future ways of working’ working group, representing you and we’ll have more updates to come.
Monthly ELT updates
You wanted more regular contact with the ELT and these are now monthly. We’re regularly asked for feedback and ways in which these can improve so that we’re getting the most out of these updates.
Calendar
We’ve put together our EEG calendar, highlighting key events for POC colleagues including the ELT updates, eNPS survey, events, etc. We’re also working with Internal Comms to make sure we’re signposting anything important for you.
Monthly update
We’ve re-established our monthly update emails to keep you up to date with POC events and give you opportunities to engage with your colleagues.
Coffee sessions
We heard you wanted more communication with Paul and SLT, and that you would like more informal options as well as business updates so we launched our virtual coffee sessions.
EEG activities
To replicate the Atrium festivities, we put together the 10 days of Christmas with a variety of fun to suit all diaries. Including the live nativity, films, guess the SLT tree, Food Hero recipes, cupcake decorating, Spotify playlist and Festive quiz. We also put together a Valentine’s Day Food Hero menu and watch out for our Easter activities…
Culture Essential awards
We continue to be a part of the Value Awards, tasked with choosing the POC quarterly winners and for Q1, we’ve seen more nominations than ever!
Lunch & Learns
We’ve had a lot of feedback around development and the need for more opportunities to learn from people around the business. We’ve fed back to SLT and as a result have seen lunch and learns begin in each department and are now being established POC-wide. Glenn R-V is hosting the first one this month (email us to sign up!).
