Our Military, Veterans & Partners (MVP) Community exists for colleagues with a connection to the Armed Forces – as a Reservist, Veteran or Partner of someone who does.
We were the first cruise operator to sign the Armed Forces Covenant, representing a public commitment by Carnival UK to support those who’ve served, are serving, and their partners, as well the millions of Veterans out there who cruise with us.
What we do and how we do it
Educate and promote
Champion the MVP community and promote Carnival UK as an employer of choice for Veterans.
Support
Act as consultants to support Carnival UK’s Employee Engagement and DE&I ambitions and play an active role in the local Veterans community
Drive
Lead on inclusive change for those who have a link to the Military Community.

In recognition of Armed Forces Day, join our MVP Community on Wednesday 26 June at 12:00 – 13:00 in Victoria in Carnival House for a special lunch and learn event.
We’ll be joined by Sophie Shaughnessy, Maritime Fleet Workforce Senior Director and former Captain in the Royal Navy, for a talk about her career and experience of leading the Royal Navy at the King’s Coronation.
