The Corporate Vision Award Recognition Program is run on a quarterly basis and is open to all corporate employees, including Corporate Shipbuilding, to nominate and be nominated. The program aims to publicly recognise and award team members/leaders who embody the Corporate Vision Statement and Culture Essentials.
After the nomination period ends for the quarter, the submissions are presented to the Awards Committee which is comprised of VPs and above from different areas of the business as well as the winners from the previous quarter. The committee will agree on the top recommendations for the Team Member and Leader of the Quarter award winners. The recommendations are presented to the CCL Core Team/Corporate Leadership Team for final approval of the winners.
A celebration ceremony for all the nominees of the previous quarter is held and the winners are announced.
