About the partnership

Fleet Maritime Service International Limited (FMSI), Fleet Maritime Services (Bermuda) Limited (FMSB), Carnival UK and Nautilus International Trade Union agree that a partnership approach with Medical annualised officers enables us to concentrate on shared interests, in the success of Cunard’s and P&O Cruises business.  Good industrial relations are necessary to achieve this common objective of ensuring efficiency and prosperity of the business for the benefit of stakeholders.

The key objective is to support a true culture of Partnership at Work (PAW).

The forum covers all issues affecting annualised Medical officers and consists of representatives from Carnival UK, at the request of the employers FMSB Ltd and FMSI Ltd, Medical annualised officers and at least one official from Nautilus International trade union.  The forum meets twice a year.

If you’re interested in becoming a Partnership at Work Representative, then please email PartnershipatWork@carnivalukgroup.com.
