Gioacchino
I was impressed by Gioacchino’s knowledge and long-time experience in safety and environmental systems. Gioacchino refused any compromise that could affect passengers and crew safety or our environmental impact.Gioacchino speaks up (and how loudly!) when any non-compliance is found, insisting until it is well understood by the team and improvement taken to resolve it.
