Today is World Mental Health day, a day where globally we all have the opportunity to Speak Up, share our own experiences and fight mental health stigma together so that no one has to face negative experiences alone.
To mark World Mental Health Day, throughout the whole of October, we’re focusing on mental health by exploring the five pillars of wellbeing; connect, keep learning, be active, take notice and give. If you’re yet to take part in one of the individual or team activities we’ve been releasing each week to help encourage mental health conversation you can try them here. Keep an eye on The Insider for further activities to try.
We’re also running a competition asking you to think about, and share, ‘what helps your mental health the most?‘ To enter, tag @CarnivalUKComms in a post or DM us on Instagram, or email your entry to OHS@carnivalukgroup.com before midnight on 31 October and we’ll enter your name into the prize draw to win a wellness hamper worth £35.
