Our Year-End performance review window is open from 1 to 30 November.
These reviews are an important part of our performance cycle at Carnival UK and ensure everyone has the time and opportunity to reflect on their performance and development over the past year as well as have an open and forward-thinking conversation with your Line Manager.
To help you prepare and get the most from your Year-End conversation start now by considering…
- What you’ve achieved against your goals for the past year and how you’ve done this by displaying the right values and behaviours
- Throughout the year we encourage everyone to have open, honest and transparent conversations with their line managers on a regular basis. By reviewing each of your enabling conversations documents you can bring all your successes and learnings to life while discussing how you’ve achieved your goals.
- Consider any challenges you’ve encountered, highlight examples of how you overcame these, and share your key learnings
- Draw out focus for your future personal development and growth
- Think about what support you need going forward
During the meeting you’ll also be given your Year-End performance rating for 2022.
