In April, after two years of entirely remote based learning, we were excited to welcome David from Future Proof into Carnival House for our first face to face Power Hour. The sessions focused on a variety of topics and it was great to see so many of you engage with the opportunities provided by our external learning supplier.
It’s great to be back learning live and in person, together with people from other areas of the business. We all have a duty to stay relevant and keep up to date with evolving business thinking but it can be hard to find the time. Training in convenient 1 hour bite-sized chunks designed for people with full diaries, is most welcome.

What is a Power Hour?
Power Hours were introduced in 2021 as an interactive way for colleagues to learn something new, in just 60 minutes, all while connecting with others from around the business. We also run Leader Exchange sessions built with a similar aim but created specifically for leaders.
Now that we’re back at Carnival House on a regular basis, there’s never been a better time to reignite focus on your development and take part in some of the learning opportunities available to you. To see all upcoming Power Hours and Leader exchange sessions click here.
We’re currently promoting virtual and face to face learning sessions up until the end of May 2022. Opportunities for June – August 2022 will be released in our Q3 Shore learning guide which will be available from end of May.
