We’re delighted to introduce our new Tech Bar to support all of your technology needs. If you’ve ever walked past an Apple store, you’ll recognise what we’re looking to offer – having an easy to engage, people orientated service, which makes IT support accessible to everyone.

You will be able to book an appointment with the Tech Bar through Condeco, at a time that suits you to ask your questions about getting the most from working remotely, Zoom hints and tips and before long, the use of Teams and Office 365. The Tech Bar is located in the Hamilton room, handily positioned alongside the Atrium. It’ll be opening in line with our Return to Carnival House plan and will be aligned to our social distancing requirements.

How do I make an appointment with The Tech Bar?
To minimise queues and allow us to follow social distancing guidelines you’ll need to book an appointment to see the team at the Tech Bar via Condeco. For guidance on how to do this view our Condeco guide.
Contact Centre Colleagues: Please discuss with your Team Leader first if you need to make an appointment to visit the Tech Bar.
Making an appointment is simple:
- First log into the Condeco booking system.
- Take a look at the Condeco user guide which will show you how to book a slot using Condeco.
- Remember to pop a reminder in your diary so you don’t miss your appointment.
- Come along to the Hamilton room on the ground floor at your appointment time.
- When you arrive a member of our Tech Bar team will great you at reception and check you in.
- You will then be guided to one of our Tech Bar technicians who will diagnose your problem, discuss solutions and we’ll always aim to get you out working.
What does this mean for the IT Service Desk?
Our IT Service Desk are still available to take your call on 02380 65 6000 from 8-5 Mon-Fri, however, the Team have embraced hybrid working and no longer sit on floor 4.
We know that some of you prefer to come and see us and discuss things face to face, so we ask that instead of coming up to Floor 4, if you have a query that you please make an appointment with our new Tech Bar.
