
Getting ready to SHINE
As part of our return to service we have created an integrated training solution for colleagues, building it into the functional areas of the guest experiences teams’ core jobs.
Primary focused on guest-facing colleagues to provide them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver the best (post-COVID) guest experience.
All colleagues will invited complete the ‘Shining Start’ training module and consequently earn their new SHINE pin. Shining Start is a fun, high – energy session with lots of activities and games. Participants will discover what each service behaviour means for our guests and how they can bring SHINE to life in their role. And they will be reminded of our Culture Essentials and the HESS Golden Rules.
During the role-out phase in line with our return to service, the workshops are introduced as foundational levels. The second phase will be to embed and sustain our service promise over the months and years to come.
