Our Crew Assistance Programme has been relaunched across the fleet, with Welfare Officers bringing support services directly to you through a series of engaging onboard events. Designed to inform, connect and support, these sessions gave crew members the chance to learn more about the programme and understand how support is available 24/7, wherever you are in the world.
A warm welcome across the fleet
Each ship brought the relaunch to life in its own way, hosting a range of interactive events including drop-in sessions, informal chats and creative displays. Crew members could take part in quizzes, explore resources, and pick up giveaways – all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The events created space for open conversations, helped build awareness, and made it easier for crew members to ask questions and get to know what support is available. For many, it was an opportunity to see that the programme is not just for difficult moments, but also a valuable, everyday resource.
Thank you to Arcadia, Arvia, Azura, Britannia, Iona, Queen Anne, Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria for sharing photos of their events.
