As our spectacular new ship Arvia made her way towards the Caribbean earlier this month, the team on board were shining a spotlight on P&O Cruises SHINE service promise.

The 5 Days of SHINE initiative, facilitated by the learning team on board, inspired our colleagues to SHINE in everything they do. Each day focussed on a different SHINE behaviour which was spotlighted by members of Arvia’s ship’s company who shared their top tips on how they bring P&O Cruises service promise to life.

All of the ship’s company were also entered into a daily raffle in which there were amazing prizes to be won! Congratulations to our winners:
