How you access Condeco and M365 on mobile is changing….

In the Technology team we’re always looking to improve the security of the systems we use.  You’ll be familiar with using Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).  This is the Microsoft log in box that pops up if you need to access anything from Microsoft Office online.  It requires you enter your user credentials on your laptop and then use your phone to confirm via the Microsoft Authenticator App that it’s you.  We also use the Duo App, to access our VPN when working remotely.   Both MFA and Duo are applications on your mobile phone. 

To simplify our processes, from 12 December 2022, Condeco will be migrated across to Microsoft 365.  This means you will be able to sign into Condeco using the Microsoft MFA process. 

For Your Action

To ensure you’re prepared, please check you’re able to access the Tech Centre without any issues. 

 What do I do if I can’t access the Tech Centre?  

  •  First, please check you’re registered for Microsoft MFA (by following this guide) or, have ensured that your registered MFA methods are correct and up to date (by following this guide).   
  •  If you have any issues with either Microsoft MFA or accessing Condeco, or The Tech Centre, please contact the Service Desk on 023 8065 6000.  

M365 on mobile

If you’re an approved mobile device user, from 13 December you’ll be asked to sign back into Microsoft Apps, such as Outlook, Teams, etc. every 30 days. You’ll also need to sign back in after 30 days to access your emails, however, you may or may not be promoted to do so.
