We would like to invite you to check that your contact details are showing correctly in Microsoft Office.
Please follow the steps below to check your contact details and resolve them.
1) Go to: Microsoft Office Home
2) Type in your name in the search at the top and select yourself.
3) From here you can check if your Line Manager, Job, Department, and phone number are correct.
4) If your Job title or Department are showing as incorrect, please email peoplesupport@carnivalukgroup.com who will be able to update these details for you. Please only use your work number – DO NOT use a personal or home phone number.
5) To update your phone number please go to the MyHR Portal and follow this pathway: MyHR > Personal Details > Contact Info > Communication > use pencil to edit.
