This week we launched a new shore wellbeing hub on The Insider to empower everyone with resources and guidance on what’s most important to us right now so we can have a #GoodDayAtCUK and help colleagues to have one too.

The first page live is ‘Sleep Well’ to coincide with World Sleep Day. To celebrate the page launch, we had John Lewis in Carnival House on Wednesday 16 March sharing good sleep guidance and giveaways.

The Good Day shore wellbeing hub will grow throughout the year as new resource pages are added, each one dedicated to a single topic and featuring facts, top tips, links to self-learning resources and sources of support. Basically, a one-stop-shop.
