It starts with you
Through meaningful conversations with your manager, you’ll regularly identify your strengths and development areas. You’ll make a solid plan and you’ll feel confident in achieving it – with tools on ‘The Cove’ like My Best Me to support you.
We’ll provide you with opportunities to listen, learn and share. You’ll then use different methods to help you develop. You’ll ‘Try It’, through day-to-day tasks and practice. You’ll ‘Discuss It’, through collaboration and sharing. And you’ll ‘Learn It’ through formal activities like the short, enjoyable sessions described in the Learning Guide .
