In celebration of International Day of Friendship today, we’ve been encouraging all our colleagues to boost their wellbeing, celebrate their friendships and tell us all about them for the chance to win a hamper of goodies!

"My friendship group are so close, we are like a little family. Most of them describe me as 'the little sister they never wanted' which I find amusing. Sadly we lost a member of our friendship group to SADs in 2017 he was only in his early 20s. Since then we have grown so much closer, we look out for each other and speak most days as you never know what is round the corner. I like to know that we are making the most of every moment we all have together." Lucia Falso
