For some of us, continuing to work remotely, or working on board with no shore leave means moving less which can result in feeling tired and lethargic.

This January we’re pleased to be able to announce a series of free live yoga sessions with Rachel Ison who will be helping to get us all moving and stretching our way into the New Year.

Starting from 20 January, and every Wednesday following, Rachel will host a 45 minute yoga session via Zoom between 12:00 – 12:45 GMT.

The sessions will be for varying abilities so whether you’re a regular yogi or completely new to it all everyone can have a go and get better week by week.
