2020 has presented us with both personal and professional challenges that many of us couldn’t have imagined this time last year.
Against an uncertain backdrop and demanding and more blended work and home lives, many of us may have experienced heightened stress which can impact not only how we feel but how we interact with others.
This week is International stress week and in recognition of that we’re encouraging everyone begin a journey to make wellbeing a priority.
We want everyone to start taking time, during the working day, for wellbeing by taking part in an event, completing an activity or focussing on things that improve their mental or physical health.

Managing pressure webinar
Each day this week we’re sharing a webinar focussing on how to manage pressure and have a wellbeing conversation. Watch episode one here (5 mins).
Take part in this years ISMA annual global stress and wellbeing summit
The International Stress Management Association (ISMA) are hosting their usual global stress and wellbeing summit virtually this week to recognise stress awareness week. As part of this event the’ll be hosting a free meditation activity which is available to Carnival UK employees.
