Validium counsellors will undertake a telephonic assessment to ensure their brief therapy model is appropriate for your situation. The service is often used when employees if they are experiencing difficulties with any changes to their role or are anxious about the restructure. Please note: as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, all counselling is currently provided virtually by Validium.
- Legal Information: Colleagues can obtain information as to their rights and options, including signposting to specialists. Please note, the EAP does not provide advice or representation.
- Finance/Debt Support: if you need assistance with budgeting or managing your money/debts, guidance is available in tackling financial difficulties.
You can contact Validium by phone or online. Remember, their free support is available 24/7 and is completely confidential.
