As Heroes of Safe and Well, we are guardians who are leading, protecting and speaking up for our people, the environment and our brands. Today, we’re taking the next step by shoreside launching the Golden Rules and Just and Fair Culture.
The Golden Rules are a set of ten rules we can all follow before we make any decisions or actions – keeping us, each other and the environment safe.
These are split into four segments :
- Do It Right
- Speak Up
- Take Care
- Ready to Go
They will help us all work better together and consider HESS in everything we do. Take a look at this video to see what it means for ourselves, each other and the environment:
If you’re in Carnival House from today until Thursday (28 November), come and test out your HESS Hero credentials by challenging yourself to our HESS Golden Rules activities in the Atrium with the Golden Rules Hub (right) and balconies with the Golden Rules Activities. You could be in with a chance of winning a Samsung Galaxy Tablet simply by being a HESS Hero!
We’ve also got some activities taking place on the balconies, today until Thursday between 11:00 and 14:00:
- Take Care Activity – Floor 1
- Do it Right Activity – Floor 2
- Speak Up Activity – Floor 3
- Ready to go Activity – Floor 4
