On 31 October we’re encouraging everyone to take time out of their day to enjoy 15 minutes of fun with some Halloween activities. Working in partnership with our Carnival UK official charity partner, Southampton City Farm, we’ve come up with a range of activities for you to enjoy.
What’s on this Halloween?
Halloween Hunt (11:00 – 14:00)
Join us in teams (up to 6 per team please), in pairs or on your own for this year’s Halloween hunt and you could win £5 West Quay gift voucher per person. Collect a clue card from the Atrium (£1 per team member) and hunt for the hidden ghouls and ghosts around the building. The best selfie taken on the Halloween Hunt and submitted to Donate@carnivalukgroup.com by 14:30 will win!
Best Decorated area
Back for a second year, we challenge you to decorate your areas! The most spooktacular area will win a Halloween hamper for you and your team to enjoy (top tip: fancy dress will earn you bonus points!)
Judging will take place from 15:00 (please make sure your team are in place between 15:00 and 16:00!) when we will be joined by our Southampton City judging panel.
So we don’t miss your team out from our judging route please register your team in the Atrium between (11:00 and 14:00 – £1 per team member).
Safety notice – So that we don’t have any real life blood and gor, make sure you and the people around you are safe when decorating your area. No standing on furniture or moving furniture please, no hanging things from the ceiling that could fall on unsuspecting colleagues or blocking walkways of any kind and please remember all electrical items coming in to the building must be PAT tested.
Spooktacular special 50:50
50:50 is back and we’re making October’s 50:50 a spooky special! For this month only you’ll not only be in with the chance of taking home 50% of the cash pot, but a second winner will be able to win £20 of Argos Vouchers.
