What is your role?
Customer Communications and Change Manager within the Contact Centre.
What are your responsibilities?
To manage change to Guests and internal stakeholders, manage the knowledge base, as well as engagement and communication in the Contact Centre.
What do you enjoy about your job?
That every day is different. Each day poses a new challenge and opportunity as well as a new set of expectations.
What is your dream destination?
I dream to dive with giant Manta Rays – Socorro Island, Mexico.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I love mini-eggs. The run up to Easter is INCREDIBLE! Other than that, chicken goujons and asparagus.
