Security: The Big 6

We’ve identified six key information security topics. These are the risk areas most likely to affect us as a company. Our Ship to Shore, Always Secure campaign focuses on how we can protect our sensitive information in each of these areas:

• Workspaces: the things we leave lying around near our places of work
• Phishing: suspicious emails that we might not spot if we don’t take care
• Remote Working: how we work safely when we’re outside of our usual place of work
• Information Management: how we collect, share and classify information
• Social Media: what we say and show on social networks
• Data Privacy: how we manage personal data

The campaign will give everyone at Carnival UK – whether on ship or on shore – lots of ways to learn more about information security, and improve the way we keep it safe and secure. This is vital to protecting our Guests, ensuring their unforgettable holiday happiness.

Keeping our information secure at all times is a shared responsibility, so we all need to ‘keep information security on our radar’.
