To give you more time to reflect the goal setting window has been extended from 14 January to the 28 February.

By Friday 28 February 2022 you must have discussed your 2022 goals with your line manager and started to think about your development for the year. All of the above must then be added to myHR portal. To help you start thinking about your development plan while setting your goals, view this guide here.

The time with your line manager should be used to talk openly about any support you need to ensure you have the focus to be the best you can be next year.
