As we approach the end of the year it’ll soon be time to turn our attention to our goals and development opportunities for the year to come.

To help you think about your own development and to support you in preparing for your discussion with your line manager, we’ve launched the second edition of our shore learning guide which outlines some of the development opportunities available to you over the next three months (December 2021 – February 2022).    

The second edition features two new sessions which will be available from January. These are:

  • Coaching and feedback skills – all employees
  • Supporting your team’s wellbeing and mental health – line managers

It also provides details of Power Hours and Leaders Exchange sessions which are bookable via The Cove. You’ll find full details of how to book in the learning guide.
