Earlier this week Carnival House welcomed P&O Cruises 2025 SHINE Award winners, Arlene and Shrey, for a special day of recognition and celebration. This marked a particularly proud moment for Arcadia, with both annual award winners coming from one ship.
Arlene was recognised with the Culture Essentials Annual Award (now known as the Core Values Award), while Shrey was named the overall SHINE Award Winner for 2025. Read more about why they won, here.
To celebrate their outstanding achievements and the positive impact they have made, Arlene and Shrey were invited to Carnival House, where they had the opportunity to meet with some members of our Executive Leadership Team, including Paul Ludlow, Chris Less and Jo Phillips. During their visit, they were personally congratulated on their success and thanked for the dedication, commitment and values they demonstrate every day, along with receiving personalised SHINE hampers, presented by Chris Hilton (Director, Service, Fleet Workforce & Performance Support), in recognition of their award-winning contributions.
The visit also gave Arlene and Shrey a chance to experience life at Carnival House, gain insight into how different teams support our operations, and see first-hand some of the work that takes place behind the scenes. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect colleagues from across the business and celebrate the achievements of two individuals who truly SHINE in everything they do.
